Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 10 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
All original tags and packaging must be intact
Product must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Return request must be submitted within 10 days of delivery
Hygiene Policy (Important)
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used underwear cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is defective or damaged when received.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
Refund processing time: 5–7 business days
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
